Monday 6:45am  Cool morning -

Linda’s back surgery is today. Either she’ll be better, the same or worse. I’m worried. It is so serious and she is such a cracker-jack. God bless her. I hold her in my heart.

I hold you in my heart, in a place of protection. I carry you throughout our day and know that you are safe. I give you love as we sashay forward holding hands. Together, we live this day all the way through. My prayer maintains a familiar affirmation: your joyful spirit will carry you into the next days. I wait expectantly for the phone call, “She sailed through surgery .. she is going to be fine.”

You are fine. There is a spot within your heart that is untouched by pain or distress and it is here that you are brave, safe and calm. You are the child of Spirit and one with your source of joy. Breathe into your heart the peace you are given. Breathe out trepidation and scary pictures. We live and move and have our being within the love of a perfect God. I love you Linda and may Godspeed.
